TRISH RAZUNGUZWA, 2026 Mosaic Fellow

Trish is an MBA candidate at Wharton focused on climate finance and impact investing. Growing up in Zimbabwe, she saw how fragile access to energy and infrastructure limits economic opportunity—a perspective that drives her goal of scaling financing for energy access, climate resilience, and sustainable growth across Africa. Before Wharton, she spent four years at Boston Consulting Group's Climate & Sustainability practice, where her work ranged from helping a state secure $45MM in federal funding for grid technologies, to supporting a green bank in structuring a $400MM vehicle for affordable housing and clean energy, to evaluating offshore wind markets for investors. While seconded at a global foundation, she assessed climate solutions at scale and organized panels at COP27, gaining exposure to blended capital strategies across governments, investors, and philanthropies. Trish holds a degree in Economics and Development Studies from Brown, where she graduated at the top of her Development Studies cohort.
