TERESA GÓMEZ SEGURA, 2026 Mosaic Fellow

Teresa is an MBA candidate at Columbia Business School with a deep belief in real estate as a lever for social change. She is fascinated by the way the built environment shapes economic opportunity, and motivated to work at the intersection of impact-driven investing and community outcomes.

She has spent several years in commercial real estate investing, and at Columbia she has deepened her impact investing perspective as VP of Business Development at the LEO Impact Fund. She has complemented that lens with social impact work, especially through pro bono consulting.

Originally from Spain and now based in New York City, Teresa is excited to spend this summer taking an impact-focused lens to real estate, and exploring how private capital can be a force for more equitable communities.
