Semina Kosti-Stavri, 2025 Fall Fellow
Semina Kosti-Stavri is a dual MBA/MPA candidate at NYU Stern School of Business and the Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, specializing in banking, corporate finance, and social impact, innovation, and investment. She is a member of the NYU Impact Investment Fund (NIIF), a student-led fund that sources, diligences, and invests in early-stage ventures generating both financial and social returns.
Before attending graduate school, Semina worked across the public, nonprofit, and private sectors, including at the United Nations, where she supported efforts to track global capital investments aligned with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). She also worked in New York City’s construction industry, managing research and public-private partnerships that advanced economic development and sustainability initiatives. These experiences strengthened her ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and shaped her interest in leveraging capital markets to drive inclusive and resilient growth.
Originally from Greece, Semina is passionate about infrastructure development, climate finance, and impact investing. Through her fellowship at ICM, she looks forward to supporting member engagement across the organization’s global network and deepening her understanding of how leading investors deploy capital to generate measurable and lasting impact.
