RICHARD FORDWOR, 2026 Mosaic Fellow

Richard Fordwor is an MBA candidate at MIT Sloan School of Management. Originally from Ghana, West Africa, he is passionate about expanding access to quality education and healthcare through investing and entrepreneurship. Prior to Sloan, Richard was a founding team member at A-Street, a multi-stage private equity firm backing high-growth education companies. He began his career in investment banking at Ferghana Partners, where he worked on financing transactions across the healthcare sector, including therapeutics, diagnostics, and medical devices. Richard is also a co-founder of Generational Health Foundation, a nonprofit focused on improving access to care in underserved communities in Ghana.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University. In his free time, he enjoys soccer, music, and travel.
