LUCY MCEWAN, 2026 Mosaic Fellow

Lucy is an MBA student at Harvard Business School. Before business school, she worked at Bain & Company in New York, focusing on Private Equity and Utility projects across North America. She also worked at First Light Fusion, a nuclear fusion energy company based in Oxford, UK as Special Projects Lead. At Harvard, she served as the Marketing Director at the HBS Climate Symposium and currently serves as the CFO of the Health & Wellness club. She also completed a fellowship with Branch Venture Group, an angel investing network based in Boston evaluating pre-seed and seed stage deals in the food & beverage space. She received a B.Sc. in Physics with a certificate in Energy Studies from Yale University in 2021.

Lucy is excited to join Congruent Ventures in San Francisco this summer, where she will bring together her passions for energy, climate, and consumer health with supporting early-stage founders.
