KENDYLL HICKS, 2026 Mosaic Fellow

Kendyll is a dual MBA and Master of International Affairs student at Columbia. She is focused on expanding economic power for working people in the US and abroad through impact investing. She previously worked as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, where she advised senior leaders across the private and social sectors — including financial institutions, law firms, multilaterals, and private foundations — on strategy, growth, and capital allocation. Kendyll holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Molecular Biology from MIT.
