KATHLEEN MALOCH, 2025 Mosaic Fellow

Kathleen is an MBA candidate at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. 

Prior to graduate school, she was an Engagement Manager at Oliver Wyman, where she led teams advising Series A to Fortune 500 companies on commercializing next-generation technology across the biotech and climate tech industries. She started her career in Latin America, where she was awarded the Trustman Fellowship to work with start-ups on technology and policy in Lima and Buenos Aires. She graduated with a B.A. in Neurobiology from Harvard. 

In her free time, she enjoys backpacking through the Cascade mountains, and running races through the streets of San Francisco and New York. She is excited to combine her background across scientific disciplines with her strategic skillset to help innovators working on the world's most critical challenges at Pangaea Ventures this summer.
