JEFFREY XIA, 2025 Mosaic Fellow

Jeff is a dual MBA and MS in Environment and Resources student at Stanford, focused on carbon markets and the energy transition. Before Stanford, he spent three years at McKinsey, where he was selected as a global Sustainability Fellow and helped design net-zero plans, launch new energy businesses, and support early-stage climate startups. Outside the classroom, he loves exploring the outdoors (hiking, diving) and performing live music.
