JADA GREEN, 2026 Mosaic Fellow

Jada is an MBA candidate at NYU Stern, specializing in Real Estate, Sustainable Innovation, and Finance. Her work sits at the intersection of capital and community, with a focus on economic mobility and housing in underserved communities. She previously led growth strategy at Herald API, an insurtech startup, and evaluated real estate funds at Goldman Sachs. This summer, she will join SHIFT Capital, a Philadelphia-based impact developer that invests in and supports economic mobility and addresses housing shortages in underserved communities nationwide.

Jada holds degrees in Finance and Business Economics from the University of Kentucky, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude, and can usually be found playing backgammon, cooking, or on a volleyball court.
