ILIANA GRIVA, 2025 Mosaic Fellow

Iliana is an MBA candidate at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, where she focuses on climate finance as VP of the Berkeley Energy & Resources Collaborative, a Sustainable & Impact Finance Advisory Board member, and a SkyDeck Venture Fellow. With a background in finance and law, she has advised global investors on climate strategies and developed investment theses across sectors like electrification, sustainable food, and mobility. Before Haas, Iliana worked at Systemiq, shaping climate funds and co-authoring key reports for COP28. She began her career as a lawyer in Athens, Greece, working on renewable energy deals and environmental litigation. Raised in a small coastal town, Iliana’s love for nature fuels her passion for sustainable investing. In her free time, she enjoys volleyball, yoga, cooking, and street photography.
