GRACE MEMMO, 2026 Mosaic Fellow

Grace is an MBA candidate at the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Prior to business school, she worked at Syzygy Plasmonics, where she scaled catalyst manufacturing and later joined the commercial team supporting business development and fundraising. She began her career as a chemical engineer at Dow, optimizing large-scale petrochemical operations and driving process improvements.

At Anderson, Grace is involved in climate and impact investing through serving as the Executive Vice President of the Energy and Cleantech Association, Director of Impact Investing of Net Impact, and Director of Anderson Venture Impact Partners. She is passionate about supporting technologies that accelerate industrial decarbonization and the energy transition. She holds a B.S.E. in Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
