Ellie Rodgers, Senior Manager, Impact Management & Research
Ellie Rodgers joined Impact Capital Managers as Senior Manager, Impact Management & Research in September 2025.
Prior to ICM, Ellie worked as a Manager at 60 Decibels, where she managed social impact assessments, based out of 60 Decibels’ offices in New York and Bengaluru. In this role, she worked with over 70 social enterprises globally, especially in inclusive finance, to identify and measure their social impact.
Outside of 60 Decibels, Ellie consulted with a number of high-impact start-ups and organizations in public health, gender-based violence prevention, and biodiversity on their impact strategy, organizational development, and fundraising.
Ellie previously worked at Accion International as a finance analyst and grant budget manager, as well as at Cambridge Associates as an Investment Operations Associate on hedge fund data and analysis. She worked as a Program Assistant in Oaxaca, Mexico at a microfinance non-profit focused on supporting women entrepreneurs in the informal economy.
She self-describes as a (finance) geek who loves a spreadsheet and is known to spend free time at the library researching gender-based violence prevention theories.
Ellie holds an MSc in Violence, Conflict, and Development from SOAS University of London, with a focus on South Asia and gender-based violence. She also holds a BA in Economics and International Studies from American University.
