Daniel Anikwue, Graduate Fellow, Catalytic Capital Initiative

Daniel Anikwue joined Impact Capital Managers in August 2026 as a Graduate Fellow with the Catalytic Capital Initiative.

He is a 2nd year MBA candidate at Columbia Business School, focused on impact investing and private markets, where he serves as Co-President of the Social Enterprise Club. This summer, Daniel was an Investment Associate at Maycomb Capital, an impact private credit firm. He was also a Social and Environmental Summer Fellow at Columbia's Tamer Fund for Social Ventures, supporting their 10-year impact report.

Before his MBA, Daniel worked at LISC as a Program Officer within the Economic Development department, managing a national network of more than 150 Business Development Organizations across 35 cities and overseeing grant programs totaling approximately $5 million. He also held roles at Bloomberg LP in institutional client advisory and at Ontra, an AI legal technology company serving private capital clients.

Daniel holds a BBA in Economics with a minor in Entrepreneurship from Baruch College.
