DALE EDDY, 2026 Mosaic Fellow

Dale Eddy is a first-year MBA candidate at the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and an EDGE Impact Scholar, where she focuses on climate investing. She is currently an MBA Venture Intern at Blueridge Climate Ventures, where she supports deal sourcing and evaluation of early-stage climate technology startups. Prior to Fuqua, she worked at Euclid Power and Nexamp developing, financing, and leading market expansion efforts for battery energy storage and solar projects across the United States. Dale began her career in climate policy and research, including work with Ceres and Environment Massachusetts.

She holds a B.A. in Environmental Science from the University of Virginia and is excited to join Spring Lane Capital this summer to further explore catalytic climate investing. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking in the White Mountains, backcountry skiing, and cooking.
