Camille Doherty, Analyst, Talent & Leadership Development
Camille Doherty joined the ICM team in July 2025 as an Analyst, Talent and Leadership Development. She is passionate about building programs and ecosystems that empower leaders across the impact investing landscape and fostering community for collaborative change.
Prior to ICM, Camille graduated from Claremont McKenna College with a dual degree in Philosophy, Politics, & Economics (PPE) and Media Studies. She served as Student Director of the Roberts Environmental Center, leading a team of 45+ undergraduate students in environmental research and consulting projects for cleantech startups, impact investors, and NGOs.
In the philanthropic sector, Camille worked with Panorama Global, where she supported peer learning communities for nonprofit leaders, accelerator programs for early-stage social entrepreneurs, and a coalition addressing image-based sexual abuse. She also brings experience in media and narrative strategy, having supported CSR at Warner Bros. Discovery, impact campaigns at Optimist Films, and summits for Hollywood showrunners focused on social impact.
Outside of ICM, Camille enjoys mountain biking, backpacking, and trail running in her home state of Colorado.
