ADAM VIEIRA, 2026 Mosaic Fellow

Adam Vieira is pursuing an MBA at the Yale School of Management, where he is focused on impact investing and the future of work. Prior to Yale, he led workforce development partnerships at the Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation, advancing citywide collaborations to expand career pathways in technology, media, construction, and advanced manufacturing. Adam was previously a Senior Associate at Samvid Ventures, where he supported investment strategy for economic mobility and education initiatives. He began his career in operations at McMaster-Carr Supply Company.

Adam holds an MPP from the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago and a BA in Public Policy from Brown University.
