Juliette Pike, Summer Undergraduate Intern

Juliette Pike is joining Impact Capital Managers as a 2023 Summer Undergraduate Intern.

Previously, Juliette interned at the Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) on the Global Partnerships team in the Education Institute as a Data Outcomes & Analytics Assistant. She supported the Institute in driving its data and analytics strategy, operational and program performance, and research efforts with their global orthopedic partners, surgical societies, and surgeons. While at HSS, she also had the opportunity to also support the AI/Healthcare Delivery Portfolio Team at the HSS Innovation Institute, an investment fund in conjunction with the Weill-Cornell Medical School.

Juliette is pursuing her Bachelor’s from Hobart William and Smith Colleges with a Double Major in Biology and Economics. In Fall 2022 she studied Public Health Entrepreneurship Ventures at the NYU Global School of Public Health. She gained her “Impact Investment: Mobilizing Responsible Investment and Sustainable Technology” certification from the UN Industrial Development Organizations x NYU program.

She currently serves as an administrative assistant at Penta Medical Recycling, an NYC-based non-profit social venture that repurposes second-hand/surplus medical equipment from the U.S. to bring high-quality, low-cost care to amputees around the world. Juliette works with government health organizations, private and public healthcare institutions, and other nonprofit groups based in the US and overseas.

Juliette intends to work in the creative economy, impact investing, and sustainable development fields after graduation to follow her passion for creating positive social and environmental impacts.
