Eliya Imtiaz, Analyst

Eliya Imtiaz joined the Impact Capital Managers team as an Analyst in August 2023. 

Prior to ICM, Eliya interned as an Operational Risk Analyst at Oppfi, a mission-driven fintech company with the goal of enabling affordable access to credit for everyday Americans. In her role, she largely focused on conducting remediation analyses and rectifying past overcharging. Additionally, she has experience in digital and print marketing alongside political campaigning. 

 Eliya recently graduated from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan where she studied Business Administration and Law, Justice, and Social Change. During her time at UM, Eliya was heavily involved in student journalism at The Michigan Daily, specifically in Michigan in Color, serving as its Managing Editor in her final year. Her last article that highlighted impact-based social ventures and thought leadership at UM has recently been highlighted on the university’s social media platforms. 

Eliya hopes to forge a career that synthesizes her knowledge and passion in business strategy, media, and policy to catalyze purposeful change. She is looking forward to advancing ICM’s mission of promoting diverse pipelines of talent and facilitating collaboration and growth in the impact investment sphere.
