This year’s theme was “Impact vs. ESG Investing – the Private Capital Approach.” ICM Members joined for deep-dive conversations on impact investing in private capital markets, with a focus on the ESG-to-impact continuum, obstacles + opportunities for impact at scale, the likely effects of the Inflation Reduction Act, and what the next year holds for private capital impact investors.

The theme of this year's convening was "Impact @ Work" - private capital’s role in improving job quality, preparing workers for the careers of tomorrow, increasing job access & upward opportunity for underserved communities, and the potential of the green economy to be a net job creator for the benefit of people and planet.
